    have to think about is that really convenient and practical for most of us to be able to hit each muscle that you really need and so if you just go stick to a split fine but keep some things consistent in north to be able to apply progressive overload so which is the best rep range for hypertrophy and the other scenes suggest that that isn't a specific one and it's much less important that first Thor so typically we're given eight to twelve reps as the hypertrophy rep range book it's actually probably much wider
